As a result, and despite the critical importance of both branding and marketing more broadly – many entrepreneurs are forced to wing it and do the best they can. Many start-ups and indeed small to medium enterprises fail to realize their potential.

In response to this, I have developed templates to guide entrepreneurs by developing the optimum strategy without the expense of a consultant. Four of the ten templates address:

Each template takes the entrepreneur through the process of developing the optimal strategy – step by step – with the outcome being a fully documented strategy that can be readily implemented.
